Building 10,000 sqm a high-end office store and Student Apartment building at Makassar University District well known as PCKB achievement in 2015 besides keep maintain its service in light weight steel fabrication and granite tile floor application.

However, the building had get paid attention from some architects in order of its architecture design concept which executed by perfect construction finishing material .

Located in front of newest sophisticated Campus at Bumi Tamalanrea Permai, the building had shown its earthed unity among Campus buildings as result of  dialoq of their own.
