In 4th quarter of 2013, PCKB and ALFAMART had signed a billion rupiahs contract for ALFAMART retail's building construction.
Through its subsidiaries company; PLANZ , PCKB had delivery its values in order to constructing in perfect shape eventhough in the tight schedule as well as in un-friendly 4th quarter weather of the year.

During Mid 2013, PCKB constructs a wide span building of a Famous Makassar Madrasah at the north of The City.
Several challenges blend through the construction proccess, one of all is the fact that The Madrasah can't stop its students activities.
Therefor some rules between PCKB and Madrasah Management was made to avoid construction proccess disturbed by its student activities as well as to enforce safety process.
